This Weekend

I bought some baskets.

I fully intend on ripping off that basket diy. You know the one. I'll report back when/if I do.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My friend Marysia Reeves is pregnant and makes it look so very chic. Right?
Well she and photographer Lindsey Belle are working up a maternity style feature exclusive for Look Linger Love. It'll be good, and it's coming soon :)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Can anyone tell me what kind of tree/bush this is? I need it in my backyard. I could just go knock on their door (they live in my neighborhood and I haven't met them yet) but figured I'd run it past y'all first.

** Update - thanks to my reader Leah, I've learned this tree is a huge brugmansia, commonly referred to as Angel's Trumpet. After some research I've found that it's very poisonous and deadly. Damn.

I feel you on the dIY front. Always have good intentions, then my laziness takes over.

JUST BUY THE SPRAY PAINT MY DEAR! JUST DO IT!!! I will do it with you when I'm down there next so you can get over your fear. I always just tell myself, it's not that scary because you can always buy another basket if it looks like crap. ha!

I adore those trees!! I have no clue what they are, but there is one on a walk I take everyday when we are in Maui, it is spectacular, and at night they have it lit up, pure heaven. When you find out let me know!! Not that it would grown in the great white north but for my future southern home. ;) xx

I used to work for Forever Green landscape and I believe that is some sort of Trumpet tree/bush...I am familiar with trumpet vine and the blooms are very similar. You can ask Abide-A-While...they will know what you are talking about and might have some to sell. And PS - I hope I look like Marysia the next time I'm preggers!
