Baby Boy's Nursery Moodboard
Other than sharing some peeks of the nursery progress on the LLL facebook page, I haven't been too forthcoming with what I have in store, have I? So I thought today I'd share a little moodboard of some of the things going in this much anticipated baby boy's room.
It's starting to come together, just need to get some things up on the walls! And of course I haven't given away the whole room here, there are some more treasures making appearances too :)

A Masculine Nursery By Marysia Reeves
Today I'm sharing the final design in the Nursery Design Series. I've really enjoyed this little series and have been so moved by all the time and effort that each designer has put into these rooms. I hope that this is a place that you all can come back to and draw inspiration when planning your own rooms (for kids or otherwise).
So for our final contribution, Marysia Reeves has dreamed up a masculine space to share with us. Some of you may be wondering why I invited a swimwear designer to contribute to this interior design series. Trust me when I say that she would be just as successful designing interiors as she is in fashion. And I'm honored to share her take on Baby Evans' nursery with you all today.

Perfectly masculine and hip, agree? So let's see, accomplished swimwear designer (my favorite one in fact, check out her online shop HERE), great at designing interiors, and a model in Lucky Magazine's November issue. Wait, you haven't seen it yet? Oh yes, Marysia has a 4 page spread in there and let me tell you it is BEAUTIFUL. I want everything that she's wearing, especially the Walter Baker coat. Nursery Progress

Real happy to report that we're making baby steps on the nursery (har har har). I finally made a bunch of decisions and took the leap and started ordering. Sweaty palms... Chassity, Thanks for having me on your lovely blog...I wanted to give you a unique nursery design that's refined, sophisticated, layered, and smart. Since it's fall- I'm really feeling the rusty tones- camels, plaids, herringbones, leopard, stripes, and lots of texture. I brought in some masculine furniture and balanced it with fun safari/traveling themed accessories and storage. The paper mache antlers are my absolute fav and would love to see them on a grasscloth or wool wallcovering! The chevron fabric for the curtains is from my new fabric line, out mid-October.

A Classic Nursery By Jen of Made By Girl
One of your very favorite bloggers is visiting here today sharing her own spin on Baby Evans' abode for our Nursery Design Series. I'm an avid reader of Jen's blog, Made By Girl, a fan of her Made By Girl print shop, and am now a die hard fan of her custom painting shop Cocoa & Hearts. Like, I drool over every piece she turns out.
