Easter Gift Guide + Picnic

I've been rounding up prizes for Lilly and Fletcher's Easter baskets. Fletcher (4 months old now!) is pretty much just getting pajamas and a book, but it's fun to get more creative with older kids' baskets. Here are some Easter bunny goodies that I think would make any kid (and parent) happy to find.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And I recently took the kids on a little picnic. I saw this adorable idea to fill plastic eggs with your child's favorite snacks and I just knew Lilly would love it. It would be fun to incorporate an egg hunt with this idea too, but I didn't have the resources to pull that off as it was just me and the kids at a park.
It was awesome up until the bugs started biting Lilly and Fletcher started wailing. But hey, I tried.
Check out the original idea at Brandy's Crafts.
Cool Duds
There is such charm and love in handmade children's clothing.  And B Children's Wear brings that charm in the most playful way.  I love that Lindsey names many of her designs and even tells a story in each item's description.  Would for sure make wearing the items that much more imaginative for children.
But seriously though, how great is that elbow patch cardigan? Unfortunately it's not available in Fletcher's size.  If only I could sew...
Pixie Lily Introduces Spring Toddler
Pure sweet loveliness is happening over at my sponsor Pixie Lily right now.  They've just expanded their vintage styles to include up to 3T.  And the new Spring Toddler collection is as cute as it could be.  And I've said it before but I must say it again, PL's quality is off the charts and is the softest clothing in both Lilly & Fletcher's closets.
{love this girl's romper}
Be sure to pop over and see the whole collection!
Oh, and for all of you Charleston Mommas, Pixie Lily is now welcoming clients to the "atelier" on Society Street by appointment for fittings and to see the collections.
Allow Me To Officially Introduce...
Fletcher Graham
A couple of weeks ago Fletcher had his newborn photo shoot with my dear friend and incredibly talented photographer Gray Benko.  How lucky I am to have her talent right here in Charleston to capture my children.  That shot above just gives me goosebumps and I'm pretty sure I'll be blowing up that baby to hang above Fletcher's crib.  I'll admit the shot is inspired by a photo I saw on Pinterest, and Gray did an amazing job of capturing our own little moment with Fletcher's Good Night Moon book.  And don't you know that Lilly had to jump in on this one too :)  Little ham she is.  Isn't it precious??
I feel so blessed to have these sweet images of my children.  Here's a look at the rest of my favorites.
Guh, so I'm totally biased, but I do think he's beautiful.  And so is she :)
Thank you, Gray, for these gorgeous photos of my babies!
Fletcher's Newborn Shoot - An Outtake
I thought I'd share an outtake from Fletcher's newborn photoshoot with Gray Benko Photography.
I just love this photo b/c you can see Lilly running into Fletcher's room and there's a bag of diapers
in the background.  So very true over here these days.
New Diaper Bag
If there is one specific thing that my Dad spoils me with, it's pretty new bags.  Such was the case when he flew in on the day of Fletcher's birth and surprised me with a new diaper bag.
He may have gotten a hint that I fancied this bag... isn't it gorgeous?  I'm so in love.  It's the Burberry Bridle Hobo Bag.  My version is all leather, which I can't find anymore, but I like this plaid version a lot too.  It has 4 different compartments so organizing is easy.  My dad also surprised me with this Gucci Hysteria Tote when I had Lilly.  I guess I have a thing for "non-diaper bag" diaper bags.
So what's your style?  Do you (or will you for all of you non mommas) carry the traditional diaper bag or are you more like me and just make large bags work?
Make Giving A Snap
Ohhhh talk about the cuteness.  I'm DYING to make it into my sponsor Sugar Snap Pea's shop soon so that I can see all of their holiday goodies and do a little shopping.  It's been hard not being able to leave the house with Fletcher.  Thank goodness SSP's website is well updated.  How cute are those Tea Collection outfits up there?  And I could just squeeze and squeeze that little Elks and Angels Bear.  Did you know that's one of SSP's best sellers??  She, and "she" being the store owner Zhenya, can hardly keep them in stock!
Really though, Sugar Snap Pea's whole toy collection is where it's at.  Adore that wooden dollhouse, Lilly would play with that for days.  And how cool is that play parking garage??
Oh, and have you seen the new Jonathan Adler / Skip Hop diaper bags and accessories??  Gah, I love those diaper changing kits.
Need more gift ideas - these are also super popular.  (Fletcher has Sophie the Giraffe AND the Aden & Anais swaddles and we LOVE them.)
And don't forget, the "linger10" promotion for 10% off your purchase is still good.  So shop to it!
