Kinda like with these thank you notes that have been sitting on my island.

I was invited to attend a Charleston Culinary Tour yesterday and it was totally awesome. Sometimes you just gotta go out and do stuff like that, no matter how well you know your city. It was the perfect mix of food, champagne, and history. We even stopped in to some of my favorite places (Sugar Bakeshop & Two Boroughs Larder). I brought my friend Haskell with me. She's a doll. Are you reading her blog?
Lookie- I'm wearing one of my ASOS swing dresses (i have it in black, red, and grey!) that I've told y'all about.

So, I've been playing with a few different "skirts" under my Christmas tree. Really just throws and blankets I have around the house. I like them all, but the striped one is staying put b/c I like to curl up with the quilts. So there's that.

Jenny's slashed all of her paintings 50 freaking percent off for the entire month of December. I bought up this one. Because I love it in a major way. And I like supporting friends.
But don't spend all your monies. Because really, really soon there's a special crazy awesome guest artist lady having a pop up sale here on LLL just in time for your holiday wish lists.

Sizes are up again! I took your word that time you mentioned about the dress but they didn't have my size, looks like they do now YIPEE!! Checking out the vintage jewelry and looking forward to that pop up sale ;)
Ok first of all you need to make a pact with your close friends like my group has and agree on no more thank you notes I know that is a big no no in the South but you can say thanks in person to your closest ladies. Next, I love the painting...I need to go take advantage of her sale!
Thanks Chassity! Also, yes Thank You notes stress me out. The niceness in the South is so overwhelming I feel like I always have a roster of like 10 Thank-you's
In the que!!! I feel like I never had to write any thank-you notes when I lived in NYC - ha! But I wouldn't trade it...
I love your necklace! Where is it from?
Thanks Arlene. It's Lizzie Fortunato. It's actually the clasp, I have it turned around. xx
I'm SO jealous that you snapped up that Jenny painting- LOVE it...one of my all time faves - it's going to look STUNNING in that gorgeous house of yours!
